Flat for rent in a seaside house on the Cote d'Azur
The house stands in a beautiful setting among pine trees in a private residential estate on the south side of the Giens peninsula in the south of France. It is 25 meters away from the sea and close to numerous small coves. It has a swimming pool and has been extensively refurbished in 2008.The flat:
The 40 sqm south facing flat is on the first floor. It has two rooms (one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with two single beds), a fully equiped kitchen, a shower room and WC, a big sea facing balcony (20 sqm). Other facilities include air conditionning, TV, internet access, a car park and a tennis court (free access for the residents).
House-hold linen can be provided (50€ pw).
Leisure activities:
The Giens peninsula is an ideal location for outdoor activities such as windsurfing, diving, snorkeling, hiking. The Valcros golfcourse is 20km away.
There are numerous restaurants in Hyères and the vicinity.
Saint Tropez is only an hour drive away.
Once you are here, or prior to arrival, the landlords will be happy to provide you with more information should you wish to.
Location:
The village (post office, newsagent, bakery, grocery, chemist, doctors, coffee shops and restaurants) is 2km away. Supermarkets and shopping malls in Hyères (10km).
Rates: the flat can be rented year round on a weekly basis.
